SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before 10am CST will be shipped within 3-4 business days. Orders that pay for priority 2-day or overnight services will be shipped within 2-3 business days if placed before 10am CST or next day. Please note we are a small business and delays do happen. If you need something by a certain time, please contact us directly and we will work with you the best way to make it happen at hello.rainbowbridge@gmail.com

We ship your orders to the address you provided and with the service you specified at checkout.  If you qualified for free shipping we will send your package with USPS or UPS. 

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE STILL HAVING SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO UNDERSTAFFING.

We regret that once we have shipped your order we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items.  In event of a loss, or extreme delay, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping company (eg. USPS) using your individual tracking number or your payment provider (eg. PayPal).  This is the best way to recover your purchase price and/or shipping cost. 

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

These goods are exempt from being returned:

• Used Kuripes or Opened and Used Products

To complete your return, we just require your order number.

Rainbow Bridge is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. We will do our best to work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve things, but we encourage you to purchase shipping options with insurance. 

Refund processing


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello.rainbowbridge@gmail.com

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

International Shipping

Please provide your full address in English verified by the carrier you have selected. If the address is not provided in English letters we will not be able to process it.

Please ensure the shipping carrier you have selected as well as local customs or import rules and regulations are taken into consideration when shipping to your country. While we ship worldwide we are not responsible for import or export taxes or communication with the carrier once it arrives in your country. Please purchase shipping with insurance if you are unsure if you are able to receive packages from the United States. 

Rainbow Bridge is not financially responsible for refunding a package that was unable to be collected due to customs or delivery issues in your country. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the cheapest international shipping option with no insurance, you as the customer are taking on the liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items. Rainbow Bridge will not offer a refund on items or shipping. 


Shipping Returns


To return your order please repackage well and mail to:10503 S Whispering Oaks Drive OKC, OK 73165.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing additional shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Broken Items

In the case that items are broken during shipping, while Rainbow Bridge is not liable, please send a picture to hello.rainbowbridge@gmail.com along with your order number and we will do our best to send a replacement. We also recommend filing a claim with your local post carrier.
